The central focus of Narine’s practice is educating and supporting her clients, novice and expert alike, on their journeys to meeting their real estate goals.

As a licensed California attorney, Narine also operates as the Director of Compliance and ensures that Keyes Real Estate is compliant with not only the Department of Real Estate regulations, but also within our own principal practices and policies.

Prior to founding Vartanian & Keyes LLP, Narine practiced civil litigation for ten years, representing clients in personal injury, probate, and family law cases, handling cases from intake and representing clients in various court proceedings, including hearings on dispositive motions. Narine’s diverse legal background makes her an asset to her clients and allows her to adeptly handle all facets of her client’s cases and employ creative problem-solving skills to the benefit of her clients.

Furthermore, as a licensed California Realtor, Narine represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. Narine is passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate landscape with confidence and efficiency. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and contract negotiation skills makes her a trustworthy and fierce advocate for her clients.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Narine is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School, and she is also fluent in Armenian.​
